We've all seen Britain's most-loved singleton, Bridget Jones, as she's at the Turkey Buffet Christmas bash wearing her bad taste Christmas jumper, having an awkward conversation with the love of her life, Mr Darcy (although she doesn't realise it at this time).

Well, we can't promise we'll be doing that this Christmas, but the Solo Connects team will be celebrating Christmas Jumper Day at Marco's Italian, where we hope that singles across Milton Keynes will meet someone special to share the festivities with.

Solo Connects will welcome over 100 single people aged 30 and over for an afternoon of connection and chatting. All you need to do is put your best Christmas jumper on and let the team at Solo Connects introduce you to fabulous single people in your age group.

The event is for single people aged 30 and above, and we will have dedicated icebreaker games to help you move around the room and connect with single people in your age group.

Why This Event?

Because holiday love stories are not only for films and paper diaries. They are for real people who spill drinks, send awkward texts, and still believe in mistletoe magic. Your next chapter might begin with a compliment about your jumper and its flashing LEDs.

Solo Connects has hosted over 50 events in 2025, and we have a great schedule mapped out for 2026.
